InterContinental Hotels & Resorts have partnered with exclusive hotel supplier Hunter Amenities to bring European luxury brand Byredo to the hotel landscape. The range of bath amenities, including Byredo shampoo, Byredo Conditioner, Byredo Body wash and Body lotion offer sustainable, full-sized products in their hotel bathrooms worldwide. This collaboration caters to travelers seeking unique experiences while prioritising sustainability. The Byredo hotel shampoo and other products will be available at select InterContinental properties across APAC, including InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, InterContinental Sydney, InterContinental Tokyo Bay, and InterContinental Perth City Centre.
The collection features iconic Byredo fragrances like Bal d'Afrique, a warm scent with notes of neroli, marigold, and cedarwood, and Blanche, a fresh scent with rose and sandalwood. This initiative also aligns with IHG's commitment to replacing miniatures with full-sized amenities, supporting their goal to eliminate single-use items by 2030.
Byredo, founded in Stockholm in 2006 by Ben Gorham, is known for translating emotions into luxury products. Commenting on the partnership, Gorham expressed excitement about bringing Byredo's signature scents to enhance travel experiences, while contributing to sustainable hotel supplies.
